Experience

Tim Claxton is a general practice surveyor with 17 years experience advising on development feasibility and delivery and related estates strategies.  His experience is wide ranging having assisted both public and private sector clients over the years in analyzing development potential and delivering this potential through developer procurement and occupier negotiation. He has worked across all use classes and across the UK with particular focus on strategic sites – those of sufficient scale and complexity to warrant the involvement of an experienced practitioner.

Given the nature of his work he has a thorough understanding of the dynamics of the property market across development, asset management and investment sectors.
